Position Information Position Title: IT Support Technician Requisition Number: H00580P Position Category: Hourly/Work Study Campus Location: Weber State University - Ogden, UT Hours per week: 20 Months per year: 12 Alternate work schedule Pay Grade Salary Hourly Pay Rate $ 13.00 FLSA Job Summary/Basic Function Assist faculty, staff, & students experiencing technology issues of a wide variety. Configure, deploy, and maintain Mac, PC, mobile devices, and peripherals. Maintain classroom multimedia technology. Required Qualifications Current or recent coursework pursuant to a degree related to digital technology. This position is 50/50 eligible, student must be enrolled full-time and have at least a 2.0 GPA in order to qualify. Preferred Qualifications Strong familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems, computer hardware, peripherals, and application functionality. Basic understanding of mobile devices systems including iPads, iOS and Android devices. Background Check?
