Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to evaluate insurance and financial protection needs
• Recommend life insurance and related financial solutions based on client goals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Assist clients through policy questions, service requests, and claims processes
• Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable building relationships and developing new business opportunities
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools

Preferred but not required:
• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Background in insurance, financial services, or related industries
• Active Life and Health insurance license (licensing assistance available for qualified candidates)
