Reason for Job Opening:Expanding practice and retiring associate
If Physician is retiring, how much longer will Physician Work:6 months
Experience Requirement:BC/BE
Partnership Opportunity:Yes after 3 years
Target Compensation: $300K plus depending on experience.
Bonus Opportunity: Yes, 30% after collecting 3x salary
Retirement Program:Profit sharing model
Other Benefits: malpractice and health insurance
Relocation: YES
Vacation/PTO:3 weeks
Target Start Date:January 2027
Practice Management:NexTech
Current patient volume: 30-35 patients per half day
Estimated Surg Volume for this role:500 -1000 in first year
Support Staff: Full comprehensive support staff
Hospital Call:None required but can take trauma call with our trauma center (pays $2000 per 24 hour shift)

ODs on Staff:1
Partners:1
OD Network:Strong
OD – patient per day expectation: 60-70
Refractive Surgery - Lasik:None currently but can invest in updated femtosecond/excimer lasers
Laser - O.R.:Ellex Reflex Tango YAG/SLT, Belkin Voyager DSLT, Iridex Diode
Vit System:Part of our Centurion phacoemulsifiction units
Hospital Affiliation:None
ASC: Yes -attached to primary officewith opportunity to become share holder after 2 years
