Pediatric School Speech Therapist | Saint Paul, Minnesota

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences (required for SLP roles)
- Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- SLPs under Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and experienced SLPA candidates welcome
- State licensure or eligibility as required for SLP or SLPA in Minnesota
- Experience working with pediatric populations or in school settings
- Comfort with teletherapy delivery models is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Provide evaluations, diagnoses, and individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services, including in-person and teletherapy formats
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Support Individualized Education Program (IEP) process including development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Participate in professional development to stay current with best practices in the field
