Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients ages 18+, including preventive care, women's health, and chronic disease management.
• Maintain a full-time schedule: Monday–Friday (36 hours patient-facing, 4 hours administrative).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and medical specialists to ensure high-quality, integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
• Foster a positive attitude and a collaborative approach to clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine is required (must be BC prior to an official offer).
• Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Preferably at least one year of experience in an outpatient setting.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply, provided board certification is completed.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary for this role is $240k-$260k in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
