Details Post-acute home care setting within the Therapy unit 8-hour day shifts, with openness to 4-day, 10-hour schedules 40 hours per week Uses Point Click Care (PCC) for charting Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience required Current BLS certification required Completion of an accredited physical therapy program required National registration and state licensure required, if applicable Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license required for consideration Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing Additional Information Assesses client needs and develops individualized therapy plans Administers therapeutic interventions and documents observations and services provided Communicates directly with physicians and interdisciplinary team members regarding client care Provides training on therapeutic programs and adaptive equipment Supervises therapy assistants in accordance with federal and state regulations Follows infection control, safety, and standard precaution protocols Candidates must live within an 80-mile radius; local candidates accepted at a lower rate American Traveler Job ID P-738407.
