Atlas Consulting Group is expanding our Denver team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Entry Level Customer Sales Representatives.

No extensive sales background? That's okay. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching designed to help you build skills in sales, communication, customer relations, and leadership.

What You'll Do

As an Entry Level Customer Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers while developing practical sales and business skills.

You'll:

• Meet with customers through face-to-face interactions
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Represent our clients professionally and provide a positive customer experience
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training
• Collaborate with teammates to improve performance
• As you gain experience, help support and train newer team members

Compensation

Expected annual compensation: $45,000–$65,000+

Compensation for this position includes base pay of $600 per week or the option of uncapped commission. Top earners average $1200+ per week with additional performance-based bonuses and incentives where applicable.

Actual earnings vary based on individual sales performance and other applicable factors. Compensation is not guaranteed at the top of the posted range.
