Loss Prevention Agent

Perform security and loss prevention functions within the facility to reduce shrink and protect company assets Enforce security and loss prevention policies and procedures Patrol building areas by foot and vehicle as required Monitor security cameras Conduct daily physical hazard inspections Defuse disturbances and escort individuals from the property when necessary Conduct initial investigation reports and gather evidence as directed by security leadership Conduct exterior safety hazard and security audits Complete security incident reports in collaboration with security leadership Maintain a safe work environment Requirements Passing of MVR Report (Required) Knowledge and experience with security systems Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights and/or weekends 1 year of security or loss prevention experience Strong analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience Ability to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods of time Ability to tolerate weather elements, including heat, cold, rain, snow and wind May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in security and loss prevention functions, including conducting inspections, monitoring security systems, and preparing incident reports.
