Civil Engineer / Partner Potential Location: Onsite Role in Greenville, SC Postion Type: Direct Hire with Client Compensation & Schedule Base salary target: $80K–$120K+ depending on experience Standard schedule: Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–5:30pm Friday: 7:30am–11:30am Potential future flexibility for four 10-hour days after onboarding A growing multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm in the Greenville area is looking for a Civil Engineer or Civil Designer who wants more than just another production role. The owner is specifically looking for someone with the drive, professionalism, and long-term vision to eventually grow into a Partner within the firm. What You’ll Be Doing Civil engineering design and drafting for commercial and site development projects Site layout, grading, drainage, and stormwater management Assisting with permitting and regulatory compliance Collaborating with internal disciplines and project stakeholders Supporting project management efforts and client communication Helping deliver high-quality plans efficiently and accurately What They’re Looking For 4 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering design or civil drafting Strong AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D experience PE License in South Carolina Ability to independently complete drawings and design work efficiently Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long‑term growth Ideal Candidate This role is perfect for someone currently working at a larger firm who: Feels like “just another engineer” Wants more autonomy and visibility Has leadership ambitions Wants the chance to eventually help lead and grow a firm Enjoys practical, hands‑on engineering work and client interaction If you are looking for a long-term opportunity where you can grow professionally, financially, and into a partner role, we would love to talk. #J-18808-Ljbffr Newbold Services
