Lo que te hará triunfar: Formación en Informática, Sistemas de Información, Ciberseguridad o áreas afines. Conocimientos básicos en gestión de identidades y accesos (IAM). Familiaridad con herramientas como Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365 o ServiceNow. Buen manejo de herramientas Office (especialmente Excel y Outlook). Deseable estar cursando certificaciones como Microsoft SC-900 o CompTIA Security+. Habilidades comunicativas, orientación al cliente interno y actitud proactiva. Capacidad de seguir procesos estandarizados con precisión. Tu misión en el puesto: Procesar solicitudes de alta, modificación y baja de usuarios en sistemas corporativos. Asignar y modificar roles de acceso conforme a las políticas de seguridad. Resolver incidencias relacionadas con accesos bloqueados, contraseñas y permisos. Ejecutar procedimientos de onboarding y offboarding de usuarios. Escalar incidencias complejas a los niveles superiores de soporte. Mantener actualizados los registros de actividad y documentación. Contribuir a la mejora continua de procesos y guías de usuario.
