What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional haircuts for children, teens, and parents.
• Create a fun, memorable experience that keeps families coming back.
• Build lasting relationships with guests through outstanding customer service.
• Recommend retail products that help families maintain their style at home.
• Encourage guests to pre-book their next appointment.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon.
• Work collaboratively with your teammates to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Capture haircut photos (with guest permission) to showcase your work for our salon lookbook and social media.
• Help us earn five-star Google and Yelp reviews by consistently delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Positive, energetic, and friendly personality.
• Strong haircutting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

About Peak Earnings

Our busiest business periods provide excellent earning potential. Top-performing stylists can earn $35–$45+ per hour during peak business periods through a combination of hourly pay, generous tips, retail commissions, and performance incentives.

Actual earnings vary based on guest volume, hours worked, experience, retail sales, tips, and individual performance.
