You will help bring value to the organization by shaping and executing Frost’s IT strategies, ensuring alignment with our core values. You welcome a challenge and will use your strong communication skills to ensure smooth and effective execution of initiatives. Most importantly, this role is about constant improvement and doing it with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.What you’ll do:Serve as a trusted thought partner to IT leadership and key liaison across direct reports and internal stakeholders, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretionLead and coordinate strategic initiatives and special projects such as compliance & risk assessments, reorganizations, and departmental transformationsParticipate in budget planning, forecasting, expense modeling, and contract negotiationDevelop, document, and implement operational processes and procedures to improve team performance and collaborationRepresent IT leadership in internal and cross-functional meetings when necessary, ensuring effective communication, goal alignment, and follow-through on action itemsCultivate strong relationships with department leaders, peers, and key business stakeholders across business units, maintaining clear line of sight on departmental initiatives, performance, and needsConduct research and analysis on operational and project data to provide insights and support leadership’s strategic planningOrganize leadership team meeting agendas, facilitate planning sessions, contribute to budget and resource allocation as neededCoordinate hiring process and close gaps between Resource Managers, HR, staffing agencies, and IT leadershipAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategic execution; preferably in IT or related disciplineExperience as a Scrum Master or Agile CoachDemonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects and manage competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft computer applicationsAdditional Preferred Skills:Project Management Professional (PMP) CertificationCertified Scrum Master (CSM) CertificationCertified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)Our Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
