Machine Operator (Night Shift)- $18.00/Hr

 

A local company in Conroe, TX is searching for a Machine Operator to assist in the company’s daily operations. This is a temp-hire position in a fast-paced environment and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production machinery and equipment.

Schedule:

• Night Shift: Mon. - Thur. 6PM-4AM (schedule may vary)

Summary of essential job functions:

• Operate plastic molding machinery.
• Paint various parts, including valves and inserts, at a fast pace.
• Trim excess material from parts for final completion.
• Perform visual quality inspections of finished products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
• Maintain assigned equipment and work areas according to company cleanliness procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Ability to work in hot environments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and support team goals
• Great verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to constantly lift up to 50 lbs.
