We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled, patient-centered rehabilitation services in an acute-care and outpatient environment. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and helping patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assess functional, therapeutic, and rehabilitative needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and physician orders.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments and therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, therapies, and home programs.
• Recommend appropriate adaptive or supportive equipment when needed.
• Document patient care, progress, and treatment responses accurately.
• Coordinate care and communicate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
• Prioritize caseloads and manage daily patient assignments effectively.

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare environment
• BLS/BCLS required within 30 days of hire
