Job Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Tech-Property MGR for a direct hire opportunity in San Ramon, CA. This role supports the overall maintenance, repair, curb appeal, and resident-ready condition of a residential community within the real estate and property management industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the residential community.
- Repair and maintain appliances, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building components.
- Perform carpentry, painting, apartment refurbishment, and general maintenance repairs as needed.
- Prepare vacant and move-out units for occupancy by completing make-ready repairs, coordinating vendors, and conducting final walkthroughs.
- Assist with custodial, groundskeeping, and property upkeep tasks to support a clean and welcoming community.
- Participate in the emergency on-call rotation and document preventive maintenance activities and inventory usage.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $55,000 to $70,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: San Ramon, CA.
