The Operations Associate role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The Operations Associate role is an early morning position and you will work with the team to perform functions prior to store opening. Primary Responsibilities Customer Service – maneuver around the store at a high pace, engaging customers and providing assistance. Execute pricing and signing – change ticket prices and sign merchandise quickly and accurately. Replenish and restock the store – assist sales floor peers and leaders by pulling and preparing merchandise to ensure availability. Receive and unload merchandise – work with co‑workers to unload a truck and prepare merchandise in the backroom. Backroom standards – keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized. Omnichannel – support Omnichannel efforts including Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving. Merchandise strategy – execute leadership plans for merchandise placement with efficiency and detail, maintaining standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Participate in a learning environment – absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes. Work experience – 1–2 years retail experience.
