Job DescriptionOverview We are seeking a Staff Engineer to establish internal technical ownership of SGWS's Liquid Program Management (LPM) and Program Experiences applications. This individual will be responsible for driving backend strategy, accelerating feature delivery, reducing production support burden, and helping SGWS transition away from vendor-owned knowledge. This role is approximately 50% hands-on development and 50% technical leadership/mentorship. The ideal candidate has experience creating shared backend services and microservices used across multiple teams, can identify opportunities for platform improvements, and approaches problems from a systems perspective rather than a single-team perspective. Estimated pay is 70-78 hourly
