Product Command Center Product Command Center As a Product Line Manager, you\'ll turn fast-moving market signals into clear assortment decisions-keeping our lineup sharp, profitable, and ready for what\'s next. This role exists to bring disciplined product planning, lifecycle clarity, and customer-backed direction to every category move. What you\'ll lead: Gather and assess new product ideas from customers, Sales, suppliers, events, and competitive research Monitor sales, margin, customer feedback, and market insights to spot growth opportunities and improvement needs Make lifecycle recommendations-launch, update, streamline, or discontinue-based on performance and strategy Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Development to capture insights and uncover new opportunities Track trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to help protect and extend our market leadership What you bring: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in product merchandising, product management, category management, marketing, or similar work Preferred: experience in apparel, footwear, workwear, industrial products, or consumer goods Preferred: experience with market analysis, competitive analysis, and product planning If you\'re ready to help steer the next big product call, Your Rewards Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k) Life Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Competitive Salary Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr RefrigiWear
