Key Responsibilities Demonstrate technical and process knowledge and coach others in operations procurement, flow, and distribution including supplies, machinery, equipment, or tools. Apply financial literacy and coach others in staffing, planning, administration, and execution. Provide guidance in maintaining state, federal, and local ethics compliance guidelines and policies. Coach others in incident tracking, review, resolution, preventive and reporting procedures, including discrepancies in sharps and tool counts and medication errors. Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. Experience NCCHC and/or ACA knowledge and experience. At least three years’ experience in corrections. Previous employment as an HSA/DON preferred. Licenses/Certifications RN license required in state of employment; CPR certification.
