Residential HVAC Lead Installer

Compensation Base pay: $32-$50+/hr DOE, no ceiling; top leads earn well over $50/hr Sign‑on bonus: up to $10,000 DOE, paid quarterly over 2 years Weekly quality bonus: up to $250/week (≈$13,000/year potential) Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑4:00 PM; no on‑call Location: Menomonee Falls, WI (serving Milwaukee, Waukesha, Brookfield, Wauwatosa, Ozaukee County, and the greater Milwaukee metro) Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Long‑term disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, holidays, and PTO Company tools and equipment provided Company‑provided uniforms with dry cleaning Paid ongoing training (in‑house, on‑the‑job, and manufacturer‑sponsored) Company outings and team events Performance‑based SPIFFs and commissions Responsibilities Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish across Milwaukee and surrounding counties Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini‑splits, boilers, and full ductwork systems Read and interpret installation drawings, mechanical plans, and system layouts Test, balance, commission, and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems Train and supervise HVAC helpers and junior installers Ensure every install meets local and state mechanical codes Deliver excellent customer experience that maintains company reputation Qualifications 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience with proven ability to run a job independently EPA 608 / EPA Universal Certification (required) Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record High school diploma or equivalent Able to pass pre‑employment drug test and background check NATE Installer Certification (or willingness to earn it) Strong knowledge of refrigerant and refrigeration systems, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini‑split systems, central air conditioning, boiler systems, radiant heat, residential ductwork, sheet metal design and installation, HVAC low‑voltage controls, and wiring Ability to complete residential HVAC installations independently or lead a team through them Ability to train and supervise HVAC helpers and junior installers Ability to test, balance, and commission full HVAC systems Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex install issues Understanding and application of residential HVAC and mechanical codes Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Capital Construction Services Holdings, Inc
