Lead Horticulturist

Position Lead Horticulturist Location Dallas, TX Job Id 396 # of Openings 1 Job Purpose This position is primarily responsible for servicing and maintaining high-profile accounts, addressing customer care issues, continued training with current and new technicians, covering additional open routes, covering routes of employees on PTO, and completing quality service reviews. There is a strong emphasis on productivity, efficiency, and employee safety. Duties and Responsibilities Performs service at scheduled accounts. Works with new technicians to continue and follow up with training. Address customer care issues to stay within our goal of 1/24/7. Responsible for the service on their accounts and the continual training of new technicians. Accountability Accountable for the quality of service they are providing on their route, including labor and replacements, and the ongoing training of the technicians on their team.
