The ideal candidate will be an ambassador for the company, demonstrating grace in challenging situations, and will be adept at managing a large team. Strong communication and storytelling skills are a must, as is the ability to adapt communication styles to engage with a diverse audience, from creatives to senior business executives. The SVP will also be expected to stay abreast of business and client concerns, representing the client's point of view, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for the client's business.
