Director of Finance

Director of FinanceServe as a key member of the senior leadership team with visibility into organizational strategy and decision-making. Lead and develop a talented finance team while influencing organization-wide financial performance. Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and audit oversight. Partner directly with executive leadership on strategic and operational initiatives. Opportunity to drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and enhance financial operations.Lead accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. Oversee monthly close processes, financial reviews, and executive-level reporting. Partner with leadership to develop annual operating and capital budgets. Manage cash flow, audit coordination, internal controls, and financial policies. Supervise finance team members and support organizational growth initiatives.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of leadership experience. Strong background in NFP and for profit. CPA preferred.Target compensation: competitive and commensurate with experience $80,000-$95,000 #INSEP2026
