Our group delivers cutting‑edge electrical solutions for air, land, sea, and space platforms, supporting next‑generation mission‑critical technologies across Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control.What You Will Be DoingAs the Electrical Engineering Manager you will lead a high‑performing electrical‑subsystem team while providing hands‑on technical expertise. You’ll define staffing needs, recruit top talent, and manage the full employee lifecycle. You’ll also coach and mentor engineers, oversee system design and integration, and partner with cross‑functional leaders to align resources with mission objectives. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearanceBasic QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related STEM field from an accredited universityLeadership experience in missile or airborne sensors design, architecture, build, qualification, and productionElectrical hardware design for development and production phases in aerospace or a similar industryRoot-cause analysis and corrective action for hardware and software failuresComplex electrical schematics for circuit card assemblies (CCA), harnesses, and system-level interconnects Desired SkillsMaterial Review Board (MRB) dispositioning of non-conforming hardwareDemonstrated experience as the electrical engineering technical lead on a major effort, with responsibility for system architecture, integration, and sustainment across a programStrong hands-on skills with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers, power supplies, and automated test equipmentDemonstrated ability to lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) efforts across multiple concurrent programs, present to program leadership and government customers, and manage multiple prioritiesExperience supporting proposal development, including technical volume authoring, basis-of-estimate, and competitive technical strategy on major hardware capturesPrevious LM / MFC ExperienceExperience with MFC Design Assurance ProcessesPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
