Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered
• Experience in a school setting or with school-aged children is valued
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Passion for supporting student learning and development

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12
• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and document progress
• Collaborate closely with general and special education staff, families, and other district SLPs
• Participate in team meetings and support district-wide initiatives
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and program requirements

In this position, motivated SLPs with experience can anticipate competitive hourly compensation starting at $43 and increasing based on experience.
