Outbound Outreach Specialist - High-Volume Call Center

The Fountain Group LLC

The Fountain Group LLC in Framingham, MA is seeking Customer Outreach Representatives to support an Accounts Receivable initiative. This temporary project involves contacting customers enrolled in the online payment portal who aren't using it yet. You will perform high-volume outbound calls, educate customers on portal benefits, assist with registration and navigation, and document interactions in internal systems.
