Your Role

In this fulfilling role, you will do far more than address immediate needs; you'll rebuild routines, restore confidence, and renew the joy of daily activities. Empowering stroke patients with fine motor rehabilitation or assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility after surgery, you will draw upon your expertise to deliver caring, individualized therapy that cultivates resilience and independence.

This isn't a setting for the mundane or formulaic. It's a heartwarming environment where every patient holds a unique story, and each therapy session is a meaningful part of their personal reclamation journey. Working closely with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers, you will co-create rehabilitation plans that reflect the distinctiveness of the individuals you serve.

Why You'll Cherish the Team - and the Locale That Enriches Your Life

What we have cultivated here is truly special. Our rehabilitation team understands the significance of supporting each other, sharing insights, and celebrating achievements - no matter the size. You'll discover a workplace where your contributions are valued, your growth is prioritized, and your daily impact on patient lives is tangible.

And then there's the geographical charm: Fontana, California , a city that surprises and delights those who seek adventure. In this region, sprawling parks, scenic mountains, and recreational areas invite exploration and relaxation. Spend your weekends enjoying outdoor activities, whether it's hiking scenic trails or soaking up the sun at a lakeside park.

The community buzzes with creativity and diversity. Food trucks offer flavors from around the globe, weekend markets celebrate local art, and vibrant neighborhoods foster an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness. While innovative industries flourish here, the pace remains invitingly laid-back, allowing for moments of connection and contemplation amidst the lively backdrop.

Ideal Candidate

We are searching for an individual who embraces occupational therapy not just as a job, but as a genuine calling. You should feel exhilarated when a patient regains the ability to use their hand, walks with less assistance, or expresses thoughts they've long struggled to share.

Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or a recent graduate, success in our innovative environment comes from infusing your work with passion, energy, and humility. If the prospect of combining top-notch care with a fulfilling lifestyle excites you, you've found your ideal position here.

Join Us in Creating Meaningful Change

Here lies your opportunity to partake in something greater than merely a job title. Your work will influence lives, catalyze recoveries, and restore what was once lost. All the while, you'll be immersed in a locale celebrated for its ability to blend ambition and serenity.

If you are ready to grow, contribute, and anchor yourself in a community that prioritizes care - we are excited to welcome you aboard.
