We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Longview, WA. Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday
Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement

About the Facility:

Join a respected, skilled nursing facility in Longview, known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeedwhether you're a new grad or seasoned PT.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Rate Range: ? $45 - 55/hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and status
Full-Time Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, and more
Continuing education support

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
Document patient progress using EMR systems
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current WA License (or eligible to obtain)
New grads and experienced PTs welcome!
Strong communication and time management skills
