What our team is looking for:

• An Expanded Duties Dental Assistant certificate
• 2+ years of experience assisting chairside in a general dentistry setting
• Flexibility, willingness to be a team player
• Experience utilizing Dentrix or another dental software program
• Superior working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Good manual dexterity
• Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environment
• If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment

Preferred Experience

• Dentrix or other dental software experience
• Dental assisting school certification
