What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Get to know customers and understand their unique insurance needs.
• Educate clients on coverage options, products, and policy benefits.
• Recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen customer accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer relationship.
• Follow up with clients and respond promptly to questions and requests.
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
• Stay current on insurance products, industry developments, and agency processes.
• Work closely with teammates to support agency goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
