• Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using our reservation system.
• Coordinate seating to maximize guest flow while supporting the service team.
• Communicate wait times accurately and keep guests informed throughout their experience.
• Escort guests to their tables while introducing them to the Botanico experience.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized entrance and host stand.
• Answer phone calls, assist with reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with managers, servers, and bartenders to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in accommodating special requests and resolving guest concerns with professionalism.
• Create a memorable first impression that reflects Botanico's commitment to exceptional hospitality.

• Previous host, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment.
• Ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
