Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting others? Commercial Bank & Trust is looking for a Loan Utility Clerk to join our Loan Operations team in Paris. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

As a Loan Utility Clerk, you'll play an important role in supporting our lending team and helping our branches provide exceptional service to customers. Your day may include:

• Managing incoming Loan Operations emails and routing requests to the appropriate team members.

• Organizing and electronically filing loan and mortgage documents.

• Preparing documents needed for collateral releases.

• Processing and recording state and county documents.

• Assisting with quality assurance on Synergy maintenance.

• Cross-training in multiple Loan Operations functions to provide backup support when needed.

• Assisting with Board reports as assigned.

• Supporting front-line associates by providing timely, accurate assistance so they can better serve our customers.

• Looking for ways to improve efficiency and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Completing required training and following all bank policies and security procedures.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is always ready to lend a helping hand.
