Senior Golang Engineer - B2B SaaS Startup

Founded in 2022 and backed by investors behind SpaceX, Anduril, Neuralink, Palantir, and Reddit, we're a B2B SaaS Startup tackling the $80T financial advisory market that still relies on outdated processes. We're building the first wealth tech data orchestration platform to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, sync data, and transform the client experience.We are seeking a backend engineer who wants to help build and scale our integration infrastructure at an early stage. You will work hands-on with a staff backend engineer to tackle complex data mapping and synchronization challenges and help power our growth across the wealth tech ecosystem.Tech Stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Golang, PostgreSQL, AWSWhat You Will Be DoingBuild and scale backend services and APIs that power data orchestration and integrations across the wealth tech ecosystemDesign, develop, and maintain integrations with third-party financial systemsSolve complex data mapping and synchronization problems across systems with differing schemas and constraintsDesign database schemas and implement large-scale data transformationsOwn backend features end-to-end, from design through deployment, monitoring, and iterationBuild internal tools that enable Customer Success and Implementation teamsContribute reusable infrastructure patterns and tooling that make new integrations faster and more reliablePartner with frontend, product, and design to deliver high-quality customer experiencesDebug and resolve production issues to maintain system reliability and performanceWhat You Need for This Role4+ years of backend engineering experience delivering reliable, well-tested systemsExperience working with early-stage startups doing feature development on a single product (Seed-Series B desired)Experience dealing with user workflows (task management, data processing, workflow management software, etc)Strong fundamentals in backend development, including API design, data modeling, SQL databases, and system designExperience building integrations with third-party APIs, ETL workflows, or data pipelinesExperience with Golang is strongly preferredComfort working with relational databases and distributed systems conceptsStrong sense of ownership with a bias toward actionCuriosity and enthusiasm for learning new systems and tackling complex integration challengesClear communicator who can work effectively across engineering, product, and designAbility to thrive in fast-paced environments with high autonomyBonus: experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, event-driven architectures, or tools like Redis, PostgreSQL, AWS SQS, and S3Benefits100% Remote workCompetitive salary and equity options High quality benefits package, including 100% company paid insurance premiums for family coverage401K, HSA & FSA plansOneMedical, HealthAdvocate, TalkSpace, Teladoc memberships Technology stipend Unlimited PTOPaid parental leaveBeautiful office spaces in San Francisco and New York
