The Boat House of Whitewater Service Department is looking for an experienced Marine technician to join the team!All Candidates are REQUIRED to have previous Marine Engines & Boat Repair Experience in a marine dealership environment.We offer a better than competitive package with the potential to earn $60-80K for certified technicians. What we are looking for in a candidate:Conduct routine maintenance and repair services on marine engines, propulsion systems, and related components.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a variety of marine vessels.Perform installations, upgrades, and modifications to enhance the performance of marine systems.Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts used and work performed.Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.Proven experience as a Marine Technician with expertise in marine engine systems, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.Strong knowledge of various marine vessels, including boats, yachts, and other watercraft.Ability to work independently and efficiently in diverse environments.Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and customer service skills.Willingness to travel to different locations for on-site services.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.The Boat House is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in the Federal E-Verify program.The Boat House is a drug-free workplace.
