Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Nights, 36 hours guaranteed per week. Weekend rotation: Every other weekend. Holiday rotation: Rotating on block schedule.

Assignment Details

13 weeks.

Requirements

TX or Multistate license required at time of submission.
AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required at time of submission.
Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing.
Minimum 1 year of experience.
Charting system: Cerner.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in an emergency room setting.
Triage patients based on clinical priority.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
Monitor and document patient condition and progress.
Educate patients and families on health issues and care plans.
