Creative Lead

Location: Lehi, UT

Status: Full-Time

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay/Salary: $50,000-60,000

Summary

The Creative Lead oversees the creation of communication assets required by the college. A successful candidate will be responsible for designing and producing digital, print, and multimedia projects. The Creative Lead will be expected to develop creative concepts, create visual designs, manage and supervise creative projects, manage the MTECH brand, and collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful completion of projects and consistent brand execution .

This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as an eye for detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities of the Creative Lead include, but are not limited to:

• Managing project flow.

• Design and develop digital and print materials for all marketing, communications, and institutional projects.

• Oversee the production and quality of all graphic design projects, ensuring all materials meet brand standards.

• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design projects meet their objectives.

• Brainstorming new projects.

• Creating graphics of all varieties, both print and digital.

• Updating campus materials, including certificates.

What We're Looking For:

Successful candidates will have:

• Education: Certificate in Digital Media/Design, or the baccalaureate equivalent from an accredited institution of higher education.

• Experience: Three years of professional design experience. One year of professional experience in a technical or community college is preferred. Professional photography experience is preferred.

• Competencies: Expert in most Adobe Creative programs, particularly Illustrator and InDesign. Familiar with creative process. A

• Collaboration & Teamwork: Proven ability to effectively collaborate and build strong working relationships across diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a MarComms team.
