Your Mission As a registered nurse, you will: Apply the nursing process to deliver holistic care, perform comprehensive assessments, plan personalized interventions, and implement treatments that enhance quality of life for our senior residents. Serve as an advocate, ensuring each patient’s needs and wishes are respected through compassionate communication. Lead and coordinate the nursing team, managing workflow and prioritizing the complex tasks required for geriatric care. Requirements Current Tennessee RN License is required.
