Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a small, high-performing warehouse team supporting the distribution of aerospace parts and components. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, material handling, order fulfillment, packaging, and domestic/international shipping.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in an aerospace, electronics, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of inventory accuracy, traceability, documentation, and quality requirements. Experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM), UPS WorldShip, and FedEx shipping systems is required.

salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Must have experience In the Aerospace, electrical or machining industry
• Direct the inbound and outbound logistic processes according to Company work instructions.
• KPI monitoring.
• Coordinate improvement projects with the support of the Warehouse Engineering department
• Manage import/export activities.
• Monitor budget consistency.
• Verify the compliance with workplace health and safety measures.
• To undertake, as directed, any other duties as may be commensurate with the overall efficient running of the Company
• Knowledge of import/export customs activities 
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
• Extensive knowledge of SAP modules WM and MM 
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
