Become the go-to expert moving frozen goods safely and fast
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76106
You suit up, zip the cold-storage gear, and step into a freezer environment that can dip to -10°ree;F . Before the first pallet moves, you perform a quick equipment check, confirm your pick tickets, and plan your route. On a stand-up forklift, you glide through aisles, staging, putting away, loading, and unloading product with precision so every pallet reaches its destination on time.
Your day in this role- Conduct pre-shift inspection of your stand-up forklift and report any concerns immediately.
- Follow pick tickets and location instructions to pick, move, stage, and put away product throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trailers and move pallets to designated storage and shipping lanes.
- Maintain pace and productivity while working in a freezer environment reaching -10°ree;F.
- Keep work zones neat, organized, and free of hazards; follow all food-storage, PPE, and forklift safety procedures.
- Pitch in with additional warehouse tasks as assigned.
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, start 6:00 AM | $19.50/hr
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, start 2:00 PM | $19.75/hr
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, start 10:00 PM | $20.00/hr
- Typical shift length: approximately 8–9 hours
- Proven stand-up forklift experience.
- Comfort working in a cold/freezer setting to -10°ree;F while wearing required cold-storage PPE.
- Ability to stay on your feet and perform throughout an 8–9 hour shift.
- Reliable attendance and a safety-first mindset in a fast-paced warehouse.
- Follows instructions accurately and consistently meets productivity expectations.
