Connected Devices Associate Project Manager

Associate Project Manager role managing connected devices projects across clinical trial phases at a contract research organization. Responsible for project planning, execution, team coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery within budget.

Responsibilities

Plan, initiate, execute, and close connected devices projects per scope of work agreements
Monitor cross-functional team efforts and track progress against project milestones and risks
Develop and maintain project databases, plans, and documentation with team guidelines
Communicate project status, issues, and impacts to leadership and stakeholders
Conduct end-of-project reviews and train junior project support staff

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business Management, or Healthcare-related field
3+ years project management experience in clinical research or CRO industry
Demonstrated expertise with project planning, timelines, budgets, and risk management
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with decentralized trials or medical devices preferred

Compensation: $59,900-$149,800 base
