Qualifications Fundamental experience and skills required: 0–1 year of relevant experience. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs. Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus. Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
