Your job is more than a job🌟 Help Turn Big Research Ideas Into Real-World ImpactClinical research takes brilliant investigators and innovative ideas—but it also takes someone who can keep all the moving pieces moving in the same direction.In this role, you’ll be at the center of clinical research operations, connecting teams across our 8 hospitals, affiliated medical schools, investigators, research teams, finance partners, and leadership.From coordinating clinical trial initiatives and tracking action plans to supporting research technology, meetings, finances, and regulatory activities, you’ll help build the infrastructure that allows research to grow across our health system.If you’re the person who loves a good tracker, catches the detail everyone else missed, and somehow always knows what needs to happen next—this could be your role.💼 What You’ll DoCoordinate clinical research projects, meetings, timelines, and follow-up across multiple hospitals and academic partnersSupport investigators and research teams with operational needs, documentation, and study coordinationHelp implement and maintain clinical research systems, including our Clinical Trials Management System and Epic/MyChart research toolsMaintain trackers, dashboards, action plans, issue logs, and other tools that keep research initiatives movingCoordinate research meetings from start to finish—including agendas, materials, minutes, decisions, and follow-upSupport clinical trial invoice processing, financial tracking, and coordination with finance partnersHelp standardize research workflows, policies, procedures, templates, and training materials across the health systemPrepare status updates, leadership briefings, reports, and other research documentationCoordinate with hospital leaders, investigators, academic partners, research teams, and external stakeholdersSupport system and facility licensure tracking, documentation, renewals, and regulatory follow-up What Makes You Great in This RoleYou’re extremely organized and genuinely enjoy keeping track of the detailsYou can juggle multiple projects, deadlines, meetings, and stakeholders without losing sight of the big pictureYou’re comfortable following up, asking questions, and keeping projects movingYou can turn a complicated conversation into a clear action planYou communicate confidently with everyone from research teams to senior leadershipYou spot potential roadblocks early and work with the right people to find a solutionYou’re comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion🧠 What You BringStrong project coordination, organization, and follow-throughExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfidence working with spreadsheets, trackers, shared documents, calendars, and Microsoft Office toolsStrong attention to detail and documentationAbility to work independently while collaborating with teams across a large organizationA customer-service mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships📋 Minimum RequirementHigh School Diploma or GED OR 2 years of applicable work experience Preferred:Bachelor’s Degree1+ year of experience in hospital operations, data analytics, business administration, project management, or a related fieldExperience working with data, project tracking, research operations, or complex healthcare initiatives🎯 Why This Role MattersClinical research doesn’t happen in a silo.
