We're looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to grow their careers and make a lasting impact.Our Core Values guide everything we do: Every Person Matters®, Together We Can Do Great Things®, This Is More Than a Job®.Position SummaryZachry Construction is looking for a GPS Motor Grader Operator – Fine Grade.What You'll DoConduct pre-start visual walk-around inspections and monitor all engine gauges for proper operationOperate the motor grader safely, utilizing automatic grade control systems/GPS as requiredRead, interpret, and execute plan requirements and grade standards accuratelyScrap, shape, blade, and level for various grades to fine-grade specifications, including shoulders and slopesNotify the supervisor if equipment needs service or repair and perform basic preventative maintenance as neededUnderstand production and quantity requirements and perform incidental work and duties as needed within other craftsPerform other related duties as assigned by the supervisorThis job summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this position.
