Vital Path Home Health Care is a growing non-medical home care agency dedicated to helping seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.

We are looking for caring, dependable, patient, and compassionate caregivers who take pride in the work they do and understand that quality care is about more than completing a checklist - it's about treating every client with dignity, respect, and kindness.

♥ What You'll Do

As a Caregiver/Home Care Aide, you may assist clients with:

• Companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal preparation and assistance
• Grocery shopping and other errands
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assistance with mobility and transfers, within the scope of your training and Virginia regulations
• Escorting clients to appointments and community activities
• Providing supervision and support to help clients remain safe in their homes
• Maintaining accurate client documentation
• Communicating important client updates or concerns to the office
• Following each client's individualized care plan

* What We're Looking For

We are looking for caregivers who are:

• Compassionate, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping others
• Dependable and reliable
• Respectful of clients, families, and their homes
• Professional and able to communicate effectively
• Comfortable providing personal care
• Able to follow a care plan and complete required documentation
• Previous caregiving experience required
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar caregiving experience/certification required
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Able to pass a criminal background check and any required pre-employment screening
• Able to provide reliable transportation
• Have a valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance if transporting clients
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Availability

We are currently looking for caregivers with availability for daytime, weekday, evening, and/or weekend shifts , depending on client needs.

Because our clients depend on us, reliability and consistent attendance are extremely important

Work Location

Care is provided in our clients' private homes throughout the areas we serve.

This is a non-medical caregiving position. Caregivers provide services within the scope of their training, the client's care plan, and applicable Virginia regulations
