Human Resources Manager

We seek an energizing, passionate Plant HR Manager for a leading consumer packaged goods manufacturing facility in Little Rock, AR. This is a highly visible role with both strategic and tactical components. The successful candidate will work as a hands on business partner with the plant leadership advising on HR, evaluating the state of HR in the plant, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing & executing a strategic vision for the HR function. Responsibilities include: Develops and implements workforce planning strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels across all shifts and departments in a 24/7 operation. Conducts employee relations investigations, resolves workplace concerns, recommends appropriate corrective actions, and ensures appropriate corrective actions are followed. Coordinates and administers employee training programs, including leadership development, compliance training, harassment prevention, and workplace conduct. Oversees employee benefits administration and serves as a liaison between employees and benefit providers. Partners with supervisors and managers to administer performance management processes, including performance reviews, corrective actions, coaching, and development planning. Oversees and coordinates the processing of both weekly and bi-weekly payroll. Requirements 5+ years of HR generalist experience with supervisory experience. Experience with HR and payroll systems (ADP/UKG) Ability to analyze complex situations.
