What You'll Do You'll guide and mentor a talented team of Behavior Specialists and ABA Specialists, ensuring that every person we support has access to high-quality, functional skill development. You'll design and oversee Behavior Support Plans, lead agency-wide training, and collaborate with leadership to strengthen our programs and outcomes.

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Leading behavioral support services across all programs
• Coaching and developing clinical staff
• Overseeing FBAs and other assessment tools
• Ensuring consistent, compliant implementation of support plans
• Partnering with internal teams, families, and community partners
• Ensuring alignment with OPWDD regulatory standards

What We Seek...

• BCBA certification
• 5+ years in behavioral health management
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of OPWDD behavioral support regulations
