Employee Benefits Client Manager - Hybrid - San Diego, CA
A stellar insurance agency has been experiencing major growth and would love to add a resilient Employee Benefits Client Manager to their team. Located in the heart of San Diego, this agency makes it a priority to take care of its employees and clients. The Position
- Provide a high level of customer support to all clients
- Communicate with marketing representatives to market and service clients
- Request policy changes to the insurance company
- Create and market Request for Proposals
- Coordinate and present open enrollments ensuring all necessary materials are in hand
- Prepare insurance plan summaries for clients and prospects
What We Need From You
- 5+ years of Account Management experience servicing midsize groups
- Bachelor's degree
- Active California Life and Health License
- Proficiency in EPIC and COBRA Administration
- MS Office
- Occasional travel to visit clients
