Overview Job Overview: A law firm seeks a junior to mid-level Corporate Associate to join its expanding Corporate practice group in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will bring expertise in corporate finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities Assist in corporate finance transactions and securities offerings. Draft and review M&A agreements and related documents. Conduct due diligence and prepare Exchange Act filings. Collaborate with team members to support client needs. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, securities, and M&A. GA Bar admission or eligibility for admission. Strong academic background and excellent writing skills. Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and initiative. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensing / Certifications Admission to the Georgia Bar or ability to become admitted. Skills Proficiency in public offerings and Exchange Act filings. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
