Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse to provide exceptional perioperative care in a dynamic surgical environment. The role involves performing preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing duties, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Coordinate and prepare patients for surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  
  
• 
  Operate and monitor the Da Vinci Robot system during minimally invasive surgeries.
  
  
• 
  Assist surgeons with complex orthopedic procedures, including total joint replacements.
  
  
• 
  Maintain sterile environments and ensure proper infection control practices.
  
  
• 
  Provide postoperative care and patient education to facilitate recovery.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless workflow and patient safety.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid RN license with active registration.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate at least 2 years of OR nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Have hands-on experience operating the Da Vinci Robot system.
  
  
• 
  Possess strong knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures, including total joint replacements.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
