Job Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, SLPs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide holistic and comprehensive care.
- Educate Patients and Families: Offer guidance to patients and their caregivers on therapy methods to encourage continued progress at home.
- Document Patient Progress: Monitor and record developments, making necessary adjustments to treatment to keep patients on their path to success.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Opportunities for continuing education and additional certifications are readily available and actively supported
Required Certifications
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is essential
